Users can book car cleaning and detailing services through our platform. Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the cancellation and refund terms mentioned below.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service may attract a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided if the service professional has already been assigned or has reached the location.
2.2 Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule their booking without any extra charge if done at least 2 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests within less than 2 hours are subject to availability and approval.
2.3 Cancellation by Company
AUTOORA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to:
- Unavailability of technician
- Weather conditions
- Operational or technical issues
- Incorrect booking details provided by the user
In such cases, users will be offered either a full refund or rescheduling option.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Service not delivered due to company fault
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction where amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
- Service already completed successfully
- Customer not available at service location
- Incorrect address or contact details provided
- Last-minute cancellations (within restricted time window)
3.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Service was partially completed due to valid reasons
- Customer dissatisfaction is verified by our support team
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
5. Mode of Refund
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment source
- Wallet or promotional credits: As per company discretion
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate booking details
- Be available at the scheduled service time
- Provide proper access to service location
7. Dispute Resolution
