Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to provide flexibility and transparency for our customers. Please review the cancellation policy below:
1. Free Cancellation
Customers can cancel their booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled service for a full refund.
2. Last-Minute Cancellation
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the slot may incur a minimal service charge.
3. Technician Unavailable
If Autoora cannot provide service due to technician unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
4. Wrong Address / Unreachable Customer
If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, service charges may still apply.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5β7 working days back to your original payment method.
