1. Service Eligibility

Your parking space or service area must be safe and accessible for technicians.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed via UPI, Cash, or Online Payment at the time of service.

3. Safety Standards

Autoora follows safety guidelines during every service; however, customers must ensure vehicle condition is suitable.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Autoora reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen conditions.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages on the vehicle. A pre-inspection is always done before service.
